COREPEL PURE is an MDF.H panel designed for interior wet areas with high moisture exposure. It uses Swiss XDF technology and is available in two variants: XDF-N (natural-colored) and XDF-B (black-colored). PURE is suitable for poolside seating, wet room partitions, wall cladding in spa areas, custom bathroom furniture, and wellness facilities.
COREPEL PURE is available in thicknesses of 9.4, 12.4, 15.4, and 18.4 mm with a density of 1,180 kg/m³. It has a thickness swelling of less than 1.5% after 24 hours in water and achieves biological use class 1-4. The formaldehyde emission is E1 class with ≤0.05 ppm.
COREPEL PURE achieves biological use class 1-4 and has exceptional water resistance with thickness swelling of less than 1.5% after 24 hours in water. The internal bond strength remains above 1.2 N/mm² even after boiling tests according to EN 1087-1, ensuring reliable performance in humid environments.
COREPEL PURE comes with a 50-year warranty for biological use classes 1, 2, and 3, and a 25-year warranty for class 4.
COREPEL PURE maintains dimensional stability in wet conditions with thickness swelling of less than 1.5% after 24 hours in water. The dimensional stability in length and width is 0.1%, and in thickness 1%, ensuring the material remains stable even under constant moisture exposure.
COREPEL PURE is PVC-free and has an E1 formaldehyde classification with emissions of ≤0.05 ppm, meeting strict environmental standards.
